DAVID R. FRANKLIN, AIA - Principal
B.S., Purdue University; M.S., Columbia University; M. Architecture, Univ. of Illinois
Mr. Franklin has served in numerous capacities for engineering, architectural, and real estate developers over a period of 24 years. As a university instructor, he has taught such courses as ‘Environmental and Mechanical Systems for Buildings’; ‘Construction Specifications and Contract Documents’; and History of Architecture’. Mr. Franklin has served as a Trustee of the Indianapolis Museum of Art, as a Curriculum Advisory Board member at the Purdue University School of Engineering & technology, and as Secretary of the Indianapolis Chapter of the AIA.
CAREY L. ANDERSON, AIA - Principal
B.A., Architecture, University of Kentucky
Mr. Anderson has been in architectural practice for the past 28 years, during which time he has built an extensive and diverse project portfolio. Mr. Anderson has served in a variety of gubernatorial, Mayoral, and Judicial appointments, and previously served as president of the Kentucky Board of Registration for Architects. In private practice, Mr. Anderson provided services for several new facilities for Jefferson County (Louisville) Public Schools. Among other high profileprojects by Mr. Anderson is the Louisville Urban League Headquarters Building.
LISA G. JEFF, P.E. - Principal

Lisa G. Jeff, PE is President and Majority Owner of L’Acquis Consulting Engineers, a consulting engineering firm specializing in mechanical and electrical engineering design. Ms. Jeff holds a B.S. in Mechanical Engineering from Tulane University in New Orleans, Louisiana, and worked in the petrochemical and consulting industries for eleven years prior to forming her own practice. Ms. Jeff is a licensed mechanical engineer in several states, and is a member of the National Society of Professional Engineers and the National Association of Women Business Owners.
WILLIAM L. SHREWSBERRY JR., M.Sc - Principal

Bill Shrewsberry is President and CEO of Shrewsberry & Associates, a regional civil and environmental engineering firm. He has served as the director of the White River State Park Development Commission, commissioner of the Indiana Department of Administration, chairman of the Indiana Alcoholic Beverage Commission, executive assistant to Governor Evan Bayh, Indianapolis Deputy Mayor and on the Jeffersonville City Council. He received the IU Southeast 1996 Chancellor’s Medallion and in 1998 was the first recipient of the IUSE Distinguished Alumni Award.
JOHN T. THOMPSON, MBA - Principal
B.S., Chemical Engineering, Cornell University; MBA, Columbia University
Mr. Thompson is CEO of CMID Engineers, a full service structural, mechanical, and electrical engineering firm based in Indianapolis. Thompson previously served as vice president of MaysChemical Company, Inc. and as a senior associate at McKinsey & Company. He is a board member of the Indiana Economic Development Corporation, the Studio Museum of Harlem, the Indiana Stadium & Convention Building Authority, and a director of The National Bank of Indianapolis. Mr. Thompson is a past chairman of the Board of Governors of the Indianapolis Museum of Art.
